Joining Troop 94 is easy.
Boy Scouting is for boys 11 to 17 years of age. Boys may also become Boy Scouts if they have earned the Cub Scouting Arrow of Light Award and are at least 10 years old or have completed the fifth grade and are at least 10 years old.
Come to a meeting and pick up an application. Return it with the appropriate fees and medical information and you're in. Welcome aboard!
Your new Scout will be eager to get a uniform. Uniforms can be purchased at the Atlantic Scout Service Center. Patches can be sewn on or you can use "Badge Magic". Badges relecting rank are probably best sewn on as your Scout may be advancing quickly to the next rank. This way the old badge can be replaced more easily.
The Scout store will also carry necessary supplies, like the Boy Scouts Handbook.
If you're an adult and you're interested in becoming part of the leadership team, we welcome you as well. Here's your application. We require training for adult leaders and encourage parents to take the Youth Protection Training. Go to www.MyScouting.org to setup an account. When you've completed your training give a copy of your training certificate to the Troop Training Coordinator.
